If you live, work, or worship in Westmoreland County, or you have a relative that is a member, you are eligible to open an account with the Elliott Community Federal Credit Union.

By clicking the button below, you will be sent to an application run by DocuSign which will allow you to become a member of ECFCU using your smartphone.

After entering all your information, you will receive an email for DocuSign’s secure ID verification feature, and then another email to sign your new completed account card digitally.

Following this, a credit union representative will reach out to you within 2 business days to collect your initial $25 deposit, sign you up for all of our complimentary services including free debit cards and checks, no-fee ACH services, and more!
